Description: URGENT BACKFILL Please submit candidates who can start ASAP - pending compliance!OR RN - 8hr Days - 7a-3:30p + CallCall: 1 day/week, which rotates days + call every 5th weekend. Call days during the week are 3:30p to 7a. Weekend is Friday 3:30pm to Monday 7amRN must have PACU & circulating experienceSpecialties include Gen/surg, GI, OBGYN, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Cataracts, and PodiatryMUST have own transportation. -- RURAL area.RequirementDescription:
- Must have CIRCULATING experience [required]
- Must have PACU experience [required]
- Scrub experience is a plus, but not required [highly preferred]
- Must have experience in the following cases: General, GI, OBGYN, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Cataracts & Podiatry [required]
- Previous travel experience [highly preferred]
- Work History
- Operating Room skills checklist [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association PALS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- License verification [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- All licenses/certs must be current at time of submission
- Permanent address must be included in submission file [REQUIRED]
- RTO must be included in submission
