This need will cover Periop, Endo and Recovery. Must have high proficiency in each specialty to be considered.
Non-billable orientation: 0hrsHoliday Multiplier: 1.25%OT - NO MULTIPLIER - ANY/ALL OT WILL BE WORKED AT REGULAR RATE
Local travelers (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) not eligible for this need.
RequirementDescription:- 2+ years of current Outpatient PACU experience - [Required]
- Periop experience [Required]
- Endo experience [Required]
- MUST be able to start/maintain IV lines
- Previous Travel - [Preferred]
- Bachelor Degree - [Preferred]
- Small critical access facility experience [preferred]
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Perm address must be included in profile
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Vermont RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
