Description: THIS IS AN ED/MED SURG NEED! TRAVELERS MUST HAVE HIGH PROFICIENCY IN BOTH SPECIALTIES! This client will not accept/consider local travelers (those who reside within 50 miles of facility).

PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO ANY NEED ON MY DESK WHO IS GOING TO REQUEST SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS (Block scheduling, etc). Thank you!

  • 2+ years current ED experience [Required]
  • 2+ years MS experience [Required]
  • TNCC [preferred]
  • PALS [preferred]
  • Previous travel [preferred]
  • BSN [preferred]
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
  • Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
  • Any/All RTO must be included inprofile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OFSUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requestsat/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this informationprior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
This traveler will be working closely with the House Supervisor and the provider/mid-level scheduled in the ED. Profile Requirements:
  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist- Emergency Room, current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Skills Checklist- Medical Surgical, current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • 2 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Iowa RN or Compact License [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
