Unlock Your Potential: Join TEWS and Solve the Talent Equation for Your Career*Our VEGAS hospitality partner is seeking a skilled Revenue Analyst*$26/hour HYBRID IN LAS VEGAS!

A growing hospitality organization is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support multi-property revenue strategy and system execution. This role analyzes demand trends, historical data, and competitive insights to drive occupancy, rate, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze demand, historical performance, and competitor data to recommend rate strategies

  • Execute rate and inventory updates across multiple systems

  • Maintain rate integrity across distribution channels

  • Implement new or modified rate plans and ensure accurate reporting setup

  • Manage group inventory (builds, cut-offs, pick-up, releases)

  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and rental availability gaps

  • Conduct comp set and market research, including rate shops and policy reviews

  • Support reporting and research initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Revenue Analyst or similar

  • Hospitality, hotel, airline, tourism, or related industry experience required

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe (2–3 years)

  • Ability to translate data into actionable performance recommendations
