  • Experience: 1+ year in LTC or similar setting preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What You’ll Do
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under supervision
  • Implement therapy plans including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Document all treatments accurately in electronic health records, complying with regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
  • Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education sessions
What You Need
  • Active State Occupational Therapy Assistant license/registration
  • NBCOT certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1+ years of experience in long-term care or related environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Adherence to NBCOT / AOTA standards and ethical practices
