• Proven clinical skills including vital signs, injections, venipuncture, EKGs, PFTs, and immunizations.
• Ability to prepare exam rooms and organize medical documentation efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members and patients.
• Basic clerical competencies, including scheduling and phone etiquette.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience assisting with gynecological exams and physicals.
• Knowledge of patient flow and appointment coordination.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior medical assisting experience preferred, particularly in outpatient or primary care settings.

Other Requirements:

• Certification in Medical Assisting (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work daytime hours consistently.
• Must be able to obtain necessary licenses or certifications if required.
• Reliable transportation for travel reimbursement support if applicable.
