Job Description

Temp - RN - Home Health (Days) K?neohe, HIJoin our dedicated healthcare team as a Temp Registered Nurse in Home Health and make a meaningful difference in patients lives. This vital role offers an opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a home setting, supporting patients on their journey to better health. Valid Hawaii Registered Nurse license (RN)
Proven experience in home health or community health nursing
Excellent patient assessment and clinical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in home health care

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with chronic disease management and complex patient care
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
Crisis intervention and emergency response skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Hawaii
Minimum of 2 years of home health or relevant nursing experience preferred
CPR certification and current immunizations in accordance with industry standards

Other Requirements:

Must be available to work day shifts starting on 05/18/2026
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned service areas
Valid CPR certification and compliance with all credentialing standards
Ability to perform home visits in diverse settings
