What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced pre/postoperative setting
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, team members, and patients regarding clinical status and treatment plans
  • Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor patient responses
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition
  • Assist with general nursing duties, including documentation and treatment procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of service and safety
  • Willingness to float to other units and work weekends or holidays as needed
What You Need
  • Valid Ohio RN license
  • BLS certification preferred
  • 1+ year of recent nursing experience, preferably in pre/post-op care
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, delegate, and handle crises confidently
