Job Description

Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology (Days) Peterborough, NHJoin our team as a Temp Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Oncology and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic outpatient setting. This vital role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality cancer care in a newly expanded, personalized clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll support patients through advanced treatments, infusions, transfusions, and injections, contributing to improved health outcomes in the community.Required Skills:

Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for oncology or infusion center experience
Proficiency in IV therapy, chemotherapy administration, and biologic drugs
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN)
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to oncology and infusion therapy
Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting
Experience in community-based oncology care

Other Requirements:

Ability to start ASAP pending compliance and credentialing
Must uphold all safety and infection control protocols
Willingness to work day shifts
Valid BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
