What You’ll Do
  • Provide critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and administering medications
  • Perform complex procedures including line placements and ventilator management
  • Respond rapidly to medical emergencies
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
  • Float to ED and Med-Surg units when needed, maintaining high standards of care
  • Support unit operations and patient safety initiatives
What You Need
  • Valid Oklahoma RN license (or eligible)
  • Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The unit typically maintains a staffing ratio of 2:1, with rare 3:1. You may also be floated to ED or med-surge during shifts, providing diverse clinical experience.
