- Provide holistic, patient-centered care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- Monitor and assess patients recovery post-surgery or procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise individualized care plans
- Execute nursing assessments, diagnoses, and interventions in accordance with standards of practice
- Delegate activities to other healthcare providers as appropriate
- Document care processes and patient outcomes accurately
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives within the unit
- Support patients and families through education and compassionate care
- Successful RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in PACU, recovery, or perioperative nursing preferred
- Strong assessment skills and ability to respond quickly to changing patient needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and nights
