What Youll Do

Provide holistic patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions rapidly post-surgery and monitor vital signs and recovery status
Implement nursing plans and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
Delegate appropriate tasks to support staff and ensure quality standards are met
Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge instructions
Document patient progress and updates accurately in electronic health records
Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols to maintain a safe, compassionate environment

What You NeedRequired:

Active RN license in Minnesota
Prior experience in PACU or acute care settings
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work rotating shifts

Preferred:

Additional certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
Experience with diverse patient age groups
