Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Support patient care through evidence-based interventions under supervision
  • Administer treatments like ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
  • Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Provide consults to patients, families, caregivers, and team members
  • Document treatments and patient responses accurately in electronic health records
  • Participate in care conferences, meetings, trainings, and in-services
  • Support and supervise students as needed, following practice acts and ethical standards
What You Need
  • Active State Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Knowledge of clinical interventions and documentation standards
