- Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
- Hours/week: 36 hours/week

- Licensure/Certs: Valid Vermont RN license, BLS certification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferable in Med/Surg or Rehab settings
- Hourly Pay Rate: $61.64/hour

- Provide high-quality nursing care to rehabilitation and Med/Surg patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness.
- Coordinate patient care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
- Support patient mobility and independence through therapy and nursing interventions.
- Document patient progress accurately in Cerner EMR.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Act as backup Charge Nurse when needed, providing leadership and oversight.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Valid Vermont RN license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Med/Surg or Rehabilitation units
- Ability to work night shifts and manage a patient load of 4-5 patients
- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Prior charge nurse experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
