  • License/Certifications: Valid state of Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license, NBCOT certifcation required
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Long Term Care or Rehab preferred

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations of patients with cognitive and ADL physical disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans adhering to clinical standards
  • Administer therapies including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed for effectiveness
  • Document all services thoroughly in electronic health records following regulatory guidelines
  • Provide consulting and education to patients, families, and care teams
  • Support supervising OT assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students as required
  • Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and ongoing training activities
What You Need:
  • Valid Oklahoma OT license and NBCOT certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with long-term care or rehab populations
  • Strong clinical skills in cognitive and functional assessments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to adhere to regulatory and professional standards
