Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $28.14

What You’ll Do

• Provide basic nursing and restorative care within facility policies under supervision of LPNs/RNs
• Attend report before shifts and communicate resident updates to licensed staff
• Assist residents with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, dressing
• Support residents with ambulation, mobility, and positioning tasks
• Aid residents with nutrition, hydration, toileting, and waste management
• Respond to emergency situations adhering to facility protocols to ensure safety
• Follow Resident Care Plans and maintain confidentiality and privacy
• Practice infection control techniques consistently
• Respect residents’ spiritual beliefs and encourage participation in their care according to their level of functioning

What You Need

• Valid LNA license in New Hampshire
• Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and compassionate caregiving skills
• Ability to work night shifts and a flexible schedule
• Covid vaccination series completed (exemptions not accepted)
