• Pay: $38.86/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use.
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT for treatment adjustments.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in the electronic health record following regulatory standards.
• Offer consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members.
• Support the discharge process by providing input and preparing necessary documentation.
• Participate in patient care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of licensed occupational therapists.
• Adhere to all professional practice acts, code of conduct, and ethical standards set by NBCOT, AOTA, and state regulations.

What You Need:

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri or state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and support patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
