• Current state license as a Physical Therapist
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, manual therapy, wound care, and assistive device utilization
• Excellent assessment and clinical decision-making abilities
• Effective communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to accurately document in electronic health records
• Commitment to safety, regulatory standards, and ethical practice

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with specialized therapies or advanced modalities
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current APTA guidelines and state practice acts

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in rehab settings preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education
• Willingness to support supervision of PTA’s, aides, or students as needed
• Must obtain necessary supplies and equipment per clinical standards
• No travel required; standard physical duties applied
