In this vital role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac events, supporting their journey to improved heart health. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll develop personalized treatment plans, educate patients on lifestyle modifications, and manage advanced cardiac devices—all while working within a busy clinic environment that values accuracy, compassion, and professionalism. • Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in cardiology or cardiac rehabilitation preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in point of care testing
• Ability to manage cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs)
• Knowledge of cardiovascular medications and patient education
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high patient volume

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in Cardiology Nursing (CNOR, CBCN, or equivalent)
• Remote monitoring experience
• Familiarity with device interrogation and programming
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in cardiology or a related specialty
• Prior experience with device management and patient counseling

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work scheduled days, Monday through Friday
• Valid BLS/ACLS certification
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or team meetings
• Certifications and license reimbursement available when applicable
