What You’ll Do
  • Provide holistic, patient-centered care to critically ill adults in the ICU setting.
  • Execute standards of nursing practice including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise patient care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, making timely interventions.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate care among healthcare providers.
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Float to other ICU units if needed, ensuring flexible staffing support.
What You NeedRequired:
  • Valid and current RN license in Minnesota (or the ability to obtain)
  • Prior ICU nursing experience (preferred)
  • BLS certification
Preferred:
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Epic or similar
