• Current and valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oklahoma
• Proven experience in evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in inpatient healthcare settings
• Knowledge of pediatric and geriatric populations
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or inpatient environment
• Active Oklahoma state licensure or certification eligible status

Other Requirements:

• Eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma
• Ability to provide services during daytime hours
• Willingness to comply with all facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend scheduled shifts
