• Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients during night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), with a workload of 36 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work day shifts on occasion, as needed.
• Float to Med/Surg units when required, demonstrating versatility and teamwork.
• Maintain strict adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient care plans.

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU or critical care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Previous experience floating between ICU and Med/Surg units.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work night shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule.

Other Requirements:

• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible.
• Willingness to complete background checks, drug screening, and compliance with all hospital policies.
• No travel required beyond the scope of shifts.
