What Youll Do:

Provide holistic, direct patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit
Assess patient status post-procedure and execute appropriate interventions
Develop and revise individualized care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Delegate tasks to appropriate care providers
Ensure compliance with standards of nursing practice
Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly

What You Need:Required:

Valid RN license in Minnesota
Experience in PACU or similar perioperative setting
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

Prior experience in a fast-paced hospital environment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
