As a Radiology Aide, you will assist with MRI procedures, supporting the radiology team and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Your role is crucial in facilitating smooth imaging operations and providing excellent patient experiences.Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and patient care ethic
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to department needs

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience as a Patient Care Tech, Radiology Aide, or MRI support staff
• Familiarity with GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 MRI systems
• Basic medical terminology knowledge
• Ability to assist with patient positioning and preparation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous healthcare support experience preferred but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the assigned facility; residency within 50 miles will not be considered
• Valid certifications or training related to patient care or radiology support is advantageous
• Reliable communication with voicemail setup for timely coordination
• Willingness to work flexible shifts; no 10/12-hour shifts or block scheduling
• Capable of working collaboratively with team members; will not work solo
• RTO (Leave) requests must be submitted during upload; maximum of 5 days permitted
• Must include verified permanent address in profile to avoid processing delays
• Must be available to work with approximately nine patients per shift
