What You’ll Do

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Use evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders.
• Support treatment plans through ADL retraining, therapeutic activities and exercises, modalities, and use of supportive/assistive devices (as directed).
• Track patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust care plans.
• Assist with patient and family/caregiver education and consultation related to cognitive and/or physical disorders (as directed).
• Provide timely, accurate electronic documentation, including recording treatment minutes for services provided.
• Participate in facility/company trainings, meetings (e.g., care conferences), and required education and in-services.
