Job Title: Temp - PTA - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) Ada, OKJob Description:We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a long-term care facility in Ada, OK. The PTA will provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include administering therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and assistive devices; assessing patient progress; documenting treatment outcomes; and collaborating with the healthcare team. The position requires adherence to regulatory and clinical practice standards, active state licensure, and participation in team meetings, trainings, and documentation requirements.
