• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within a small unit setting
• Dependability and reliability, with flexibility regarding call-outs and scheduling

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in small community hospital environments
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Knowledge of family-centered care practices
• Familiarity with pediatric development and family involvement strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) at the time of application
• Availability to start on 05/04/2026
• No more than 3 days of requested time off, with all requests verified during upload
• Willingness to work in a small, team-oriented unit with no call-outs permitted
• Ability to maintain voicemail setup and prompt availability when contacted
• Must pass health screening and background checks as required
