• Proven experience assisting in operating rooms

• Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in specialized surgical areas (e.g., orthopedics, cardiothoracic)

• Additional certifications in patient safety or infection control

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a CST is mandatory
