- Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress toward recovery goals
- Support patients in improving their motor skills, independence, and quality of life
- Help re-integrate injured or disabled patients into daily activities and potential work functions
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress
- Ensure treatment areas and equipment are safe, clean, and properly maintained
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 1 year experience in LTC or related healthcare setting
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
