What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled, rehabilitative care to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under OT supervision
• Administer procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive device use, and more
• Assess patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments with supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document all treatments and patient progress in electronic records per compliance standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Support and supervise students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required

What You Need:

• Active State Licensure/Registration, as applicable
• Proven experience with rehabilitative procedures and patient assessment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation standards
