What You’ll Do
  • Monitor patient vital signs and levels of consciousness during recovery from anesthesia
  • Ensure airway patency and manage respiratory function
  • Administer medications for pain relief, nausea, and hydration
  • Assess surgical sites, dressings, and physical condition for complications
  • Recognize and respond promptly to adverse reactions or emergencies
  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with healthcare team members
  • Support patient comfort and safety throughout the recovery process
What You Need
  • Valid RN license in Michigan
  • Prior experience in PACU, recovery, or perioperative nursing preferred
  • Strong assessment and clinical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
