• Active ASHA certification and State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Proven experience in evaluating and treating communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Proficiency with standardized assessments and evidence-based clinical interventions
• Strong documentation skills adhering to regulatory and clinical standards
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in long-term care or geriatric populations
• Supervision experience with CFYs or student SLPs
• Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) procurement
• Additional certifications in related fields or specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably LTC
