- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families regarding care plans
- Support documentation and regulatory compliance in electronic health records
- Supervise students and support team training activities
- Participating in required meetings and trainings to stay compliant with industry standards
- Valid MA State Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Knowledge of clinical interventions related to cognitive and physical disorders
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and up-to-date certification in relevant modalities
