Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in long-term care settings? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Temp PTA to provide exceptional rehabilitative care in Moore, OK. In this role, you will utilize evidence-based practices to deliver skilled, medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities will include administering manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, as well as assessing patient progress and communicating treatment outcomes to the supervising therapist. You will also provide valuable consultation to patients and their families, collaborate with healthcare team members, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, all while adhering to professional ethics and state licensure requirements.
Were seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, clinical knowledge, and a strong commitment to patient care. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Experience with electronic documentation systems and familiarity with DME management are a plus.
Preferred candidates will have an active state licensure, prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings, and the ability to support and supervise students when necessary. You should also be prepared to participate in mandatory meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay updated with best practices.
This position starts on 04/20/2026, offering a competitive hourly pay rate of $38.86.
