What You’ll Do:

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced adaptive acuity medical-surgical and telemetry unit
• Manage IV infusions including insulin, epinephrine, and sodium drips following protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions and treatments
• Provide charge nurse support and oversee patient monitoring during shifts
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Adapt to occasional PCU patient care, respecting non-negotiable assignment requirements

What You Need:

• Current, active RN license in Vermont
• Minimum of 1 year of recent med-surg/telemetry experience, with drip experience (insulin, epi, sodium)
• Ability to work charge shift assignments and accommodate holiday schedules
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

About the Assignment: This assignment is at a leading facility in Springfield, VT, where you'll join an experienced team supporting patients in an adaptive acuity unit. Travelers may be asked to provide PCU care with a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, and previous drip experience is required.
