What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled, rehabilitative interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Administer procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes to the supervising therapist.
• Engage with patients, families, and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Document all clinical information accurately in electronic health records according to regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and ongoing trainings.
• Support students and support staff under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Adhere to professional ethical standards and state practice acts.

What You Need:

• Valid state licensure/registration for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently within supervised protocols.
