What You’ll Do

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Execute treatment plans including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use.
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Document all clinical interventions and patient outcomes in electronic records per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers to support optimal recovery.
• Participate in patient care conferences, reviews, and training sessions.
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of licensed therapists as required.

What You Need

• Valid state licensure/registration (if applicable)
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to follow professional practice acts and ethical guidelines
