Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights) Lawton, OKJoin our dynamic healthcare team as a Temp Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg for night shifts and make a meaningful difference in patient care. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care for diverse patient populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to uphold excellence in nursing standards, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma
Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills

Knowledge of infection control protocols and patient safety measures

Nice to Have Skills:

BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Prior travel or temporary nursing experience
Familiarity with night shift workflows and challenges

Preferred Education and Experience:

Active nursing license in good standing
Minimum of 1-2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
Relevant certifications such as BLS and ACLS

Other Requirements:

Ability to work night shifts consistently
Flexibility to adapt to unit needs and patient care demands
