Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER) (Nights) Claremont, NHJoin our dynamic emergency care team as a Temp Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the ER, providing vital support during night shifts at Valley Regional Hospital. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver urgent, life-saving care to diverse emergency cases—from traumatic injuries to medical crises—making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Be part of a dedicated team trained to respond swiftly and effectively to all emergencies, including heart attacks, poisonings, trauma, and violence-related injuries, while working in a modern, well-equipped facility committed to excellence.Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire or appropriate Compact State license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
• Strong assessment skills and ability to prioritize care in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in emergency medical procedures and protocols
• CPR and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or ENA certification
• Experience working with pediatric and psychiatric patients
• Bilingual abilities
• Familiarity with hospital EMR systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
• Prior experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center or emergency department setting
• At least 2 years of ER nursing experience is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled night shifts and accept short-notice call-backs
• No more than 5 days of RTO; must be clearly noted and verified before upload
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; include current perm address during profile upload
