Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans for pediatric to geriatric patients
  • Provide outpatient therapy services in orthopedic, neuro, and general medical settings
  • Manage a patient caseload with typically 12-15 patients per shift
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
  • Follow established policies and procedures to deliver effective treatments
  • Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment
What You NeedRequired:
  • Valid state license in physical therapy
  • Prior outpatient experience, preferably with neuro, orthopedic, or general medical cases
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
  • Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques, if applicable
