What You’ll Do:
  • Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, focusing on cardiac and post-operative care
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in condition
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records
  • Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and procedures
  • Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols, including attendance policies
What You Need:Required:
  • Valid RN license in Michigan
  • Minimum of 2 years ICU or critical care experience
  • BLS, ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Experience with cardiac procedures including PTCA, stents, TAVR, and pacemakers
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting with high-acuity patients
