What You’ll Do
  • Assist in inpatient rehab or acute care units, supporting patient recovery plans
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals
  • Help evaluate patient needs and promote therapy goals
  • Document patient progress consistently and accurately
  • Support co-treatments with physical or occupational therapy teams when applicable
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions
What You Need
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or related certification
  • 1+ years of experience in inpatient rehab or acute care (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments
