- Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practice under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Administer rehabilitative treatments such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
- Assess patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments to the supervising therapist
- Document all patient interactions, treatment minutes, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Provide consultation and support to patients, families, and caregivers regarding cognitive and physical health issues
- Participate in team meetings, patient care conferences, and training sessions
- Support the supervision and mentoring of students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
- Valid state licensure or registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and documentation standards
