• Valid New Hampshire RN license or temporary agency license required
• Proven experience in medical-surgical units with cardiac monitoring
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small, rural facility
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to varying patient acuity levels
• Ability to quickly hit the ground running with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in rural healthcare settings
• Prior work with neonatal to geriatric patient populations
• Proficiency in electrophysiology and telemetry equipment
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent medical-surgical experience, with preference for those familiar with cardiac telemetry
• Previous experience working in small or rural healthcare facilities is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must provide NH Temporary Healthcare Service Agency License/Registration certificate at submission
• Reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Personal scrubs permitted; no specific color requirement
• RTO requests of 5 days or less accepted; all requests must be noted upfront
• Availability for 13-week assignment with a firm start date of June 1, 2026
• Voicemail set up on phone for communication; no consideration without confirmed contact details
• Willingness to adhere to facility dress code and patient care protocols
• Willing to adhere to facility policies regarding preferences and scheduling
