• Valid state-issued Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• Proven experience in inpatient rehabilitation or related healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
• Ability to develop and implement customized treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Proficiency in documenting patient progress accurately

Nice to Have Skills

• Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Certification in specialized areas such as Manual Therapy or Functional Dry Needling
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms or remote consultation tools

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of inpatient therapy experience
• Pediatric, geriatric, or orthopedic rehabilitation experience is advantageous

Other Requirements

• Flexibility to work scheduled days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Ability to stand and maneuver for extended periods
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and safety protocols
• Travel reimbursement and licensure-related expenses covered when applicable
