Job Description

Are you a litigation legal assistant looking for your next home? Would you like to work with a highly regarded small firm? Do you have 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience? If so, R & W Group has a great new temp to perm opportunity! One of our favorite law firm clients is looking for a Legal Assistant to provide administrative and legal support to the attorneys.

You should have at least five years of legal experience, strong attention to detail, technological skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You should also have experience working with SurePoint, iManage, and LexisNexis.

In this role, you would focus on calendar management, scheduling meetings and travel, document preparation and proofreading, time entry, and client billing. You would also assist with maintaining case files and correspondence and providing general support related to litigation matters, such as court filings and preparation of trial materials.

The position is fully on-site and in DC (Metro accessible). Solid compensation ($30 – 37/hour, depending upon experience, plus benefits including health insurance upon conversion to an FTE.
