What You'll Do

• Enter and update timecards accurately within Trimble's Viewpoint Spectrum payroll module, ensuring data is ready for team review
• Process payroll data and assist with related tasks to support a smooth implementation process
• Verify employee data for accuracy and apply updates or changes as needed
• Review information for errors and correct discrepancies before finalizing entries
• Organize and maintain digital files so records are easy to locate and always up to date
• Use Excel to sort, format, and manage large sets of data
• Perform basic calculations to confirm totals, check figures, and validate entries
• Follow established procedures and written instructions to complete tasks consistently
• Meet daily and weekly targets while upholding quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve questions

Experience

• Spectrum experience : Hands-on, proven experience with Trimble's Viewpoint Spectrum—specifically the payroll module—including entering timecards, processing payroll data, and managing records within the platform confidently
• Excel proficiency : Comfortable working with spreadsheets, including formatting, sorting, and applying basic formulas and functions
• Strong organizational skills : Skilled at managing multiple tasks, keeping records tidy, and meeting deadlines
• Attention to detail : Committed to producing error-free work and catching mistakes before they become problems
• Math skills : Confident with numbers and able to perform accurate calculations
• Reliability : Dependable and focused, with the ability to work steadily on repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy
