Temporary Global Workday Recruiting Professional (m/f/d)

For our location in Vienna, Austria we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Global HRIS Department as Global Workday Recruiting Professional (Temporary Assignment 6 months) (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Lead the global implementation and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module across all company locations.
Design and establish a Global Recruiting Center of Excellence (CoE) within Workday to drive standardized recruiting processes and governance.
Analyze existing recruitment processes and define global best practices.
Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting functionalities in alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate implementation activities with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, external partners, and key stakeholders worldwide.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Develop governance structures, process documentation, and operating procedures for the Recruiting CoE.
Support change management activities, including communication, training, and user enablement.
Ensure data quality, system compliance, and adherence to global recruiting standards.
Act as subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and provide post-implementation support.

Your profile:

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certified Workday Recruiting Professional (mandatory).
Several years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting configuration and implementation.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering global Workday Recruiting implementations in international organizations.
Experience in establishing or operating a Recruiting Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar governance model.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style.
