- Prepare, image, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, and work-from-home equipment.
- Perform basic hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting for desktops, peripherals, and related devices.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and system configurations.
- Document support requests, hardware inventories, configurations, and issue resolutions using established procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when appropriate.
- Provide professional technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate equipment records and organized deployment workspaces.
- Support day-to-day IT operations and assist with additional projects as assigned.
- Successful candidates will have:
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, peripherals, and common technical support practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to follow documentation, technical procedures, and established workflows.

- In Office based position in Lewiston.
