IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Worker for a 2-week assignment with a housing complex located in Columbia. Resume is required to apply. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 10 am to 5 pmPay: $21/hrDuties include:-General maintenance, preventative maintenance, and safety at the properties- Resident inspections-Cleanliness and appeal of the property-Completing work orders-Preparing units for new occupancy-GroundskeepingRequirements:-Minimum of 6 months of apartment or multi-housing maintenance required.
